About KRSL

The Canada Kabaddi Rising Star League (KRSL) is Canada Kabaddi’s flagship development league, designed to discover and cultivate emerging Kabaddi talent throughout Canada. Our mission is to expand the sport by offering a competitive platform where players can display their abilities while benefiting from high-level coaching and gaining valuable exposure.

As an integral part of the Canada Kabaddi series, KRSL acts as a crucial stepping stone for aspiring national team players and future professional athletes. The league emphasizes technical skill development, tactical acumen, and physical fitness, ensuring athletes are well-prepared for more advanced levels of competition.

KRSL’s open age category provides opportunities for talented players of all ages to participate, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages the growth of Kabaddi. Our regional structure is strategically designed to promote the sport’s development across the entire country, from coast to coast. By doing so, KRSL not only nurtures individual talent but also strengthens the Kabaddi community in Canada, laying a solid foundation for the sport’s future success.
